| PREMIUM EXPO has the pleasure of inviting you to participate at Auto Fair Bucharest & Accessories 2011 (SAB&A 2011), event that will be held between 5 – 9 of October 2011, at Romaero Baneasa Centre.
Objective
Our main objective is that among you, the key players of the auto market in Romania, to offer to the public that for more than 4 years missed such an event in Bucharest, the possibility to visit and compare live the wide range of auto and accessories. In this context, SAB & A 2011 wishes to be a support platform for those involved in the auto industry.

At SAB & A 2011 you will see cars, light and heavy commercial vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles, auto parts and accessories, moto and velo, audio and navigation systems, equipments for service stations and car washes, media, leasing and insurance companies and last but not least, the beloved and spectacular car and motorcycle tuning field.
Advantages
Among the advantages of participating at Bucharest Auto Show and Accessories are the following:
- a direct way to interact with the general public, that is waiting for more than 4 years, an auto Show in Bucharest (the most important city in Romania considering the car holders related to the number of inhabitants);
- the promotion of the event trough a wide national media campaign at: television, radio, outdoor, newspapers, magazines and online;
- a wide exhibition area of more than 12.000 sqm inside the Pavilions 5, 6 and 7 and 6.000 sqm on the exterior exhibitional area of Romaero Baneasa, a dedicated drive test and demonstration area, along parking spaces for visitors (800 pcs.) and exhibitors (300 pcs.);
- small participation costs related to classic advertising;
- sales and analyses of your own business policies gathered through the special way of promoting your company offer and trough a direct position related to your competitors;
- a large number of visitors and potential clients.
How can I participate?
Please allow us to introduce you below, the participation offer for Bucharest Auto Fair and Accessories 2011 that includes the registration costs, space rental and stand construction costs and also the way to register at this event:
- Participation fee 250 Euro + VAT / company
(Includes general costs for fitting the exhibition space, access badges, cleaning and general security, a part of the advertising materials).
- Rental fee for interior rented area
– Between 12 – 100 sqm 39 Euro + VAT / sqm
– More than 100 mp 35 Euro + VAT / sqm
- Rental fee for exterior rented area: 15 Euro + VAT / sqm
The costs above represents the rental fee of the net space ordered, free of any kind of materials and utilities.
- Standard stand construction 15 Euro + VAT / sqm
Standard stand includes according to its position: walls on 1, 2 or 3 sides, from white panels, double melaminated, assembled in Octanorm structure, carpet on all the surface, 1 socket (220V), a spot light at each 3 m, name of the company written one single time on the fascia board, with standard characters, 1 table, 4 chairs, 1 hanger, 1 waste basket.
- Additional services available upon request
There are shown in the order forms included in the exhibitor folder and refers to furniture, graphics, electrical connection, advertising, advertising space in the exhibition, badges etc.
Conditions of participation:
- The exhibitor requests the Contract of Participation from the event organizer company: Premium Expo.
- The legal representative of your company fills in, signs and stamps the Contract of Participation and returns it to the event organizer.
- The amount of participation fee and 50% from the services mentioned in the Contract of Participation will be paid until 29 of July 2011.
- After receiving the documents Premium Expo will send the exhibitor folder which includes the order forms for additional services.
NOTE: The booking of the exhibition area will be made considering the registration order.
